Denial is a photogram from a textile which is a blend of cotton yarn  and fragments of negatives woven together using a loom.
 I incorporated a 4 x 5-inch negative of my photo as the weft, cutting it  into 62 narrow pieces to weave seamlessly into the fabric structure.  This work Conveys the process of self-deconstruction that stems from  shooting a photo, cutting the negative, weaving the negative, and  making a photogram.
